Our Story
Most organisations don't struggle to find a cleaning contractor. They struggle to find one that actually delivers: consistently, transparently, and with real accountability.
Peregrine Clean was established in Sydney in 2021 by the Fatrouni family to address a problem that too many organisations know well: inconsistent cleaning standards, limited visibility into what's happening on site, and contractors who are difficult to hold accountable when things go wrong.
We built the business around systems and supervision from day one. Digital verification, structured inspection programs and a compliance framework that removes uncertainty for our clients. Every client, regardless of size, receives the same standard of service, documentation and management oversight.

From our first contracts in Greater Sydney to a structured commercial cleaning operation serving major institutions and government clients across Australia.
Peregrine Clean established by the Fatrouni family, based in Surry Hills. First commercial contracts secured across Greater Sydney.

Leadership
Peregrine Clean is a family-owned business. The Fatrouni family leads every aspect of the company, from client relationships and business development through to on-site compliance and operations. Our lead cleaners bring specialist expertise across the sectors we serve.
Hussain leads the business, managing client relationships, business development and strategic direction. He is the primary contact for new client enquiries, contract negotiations and site assessments.
Zena oversees all operational delivery, staff management and compliance programs, including digital registers, inspection reporting and staff credentialing across all active sites.
Zain manages the day-to-day operational workflow, scheduling, site coordination and client communications. He ensures services are delivered on time, to standard and in line with client expectations.
Zak is responsible for on-site supervision and day-to-day management across assigned sites. He ensures cleaning standards are maintained, staff are supported and any site issues are resolved promptly.
Aaron manages the financial operations of the group, overseeing accounts, reporting and compliance to ensure the business remains financially sound and well-governed.
Laiz leads cleaning operations across a major community organisation head office, ensuring consistent standards, attention to detail and professional service delivery on every shift.
Luane specialises in short-stay cleaning, managing property turnovers and maintaining a consistently high standard of presentation across every property she services.
Ruth leads cleaning operations across NDIS client sites, delivering sensitive and person-centred cleaning services that meet the standards required in disability support environments.
