Why We Built a Different Kind of Cleaning Company

Most organisations don't struggle to find a cleaning contractor. They struggle to find one that actually delivers: consistently, transparently, and with real accountability.

Peregrine Clean was established in Sydney in 2021 by the Fatrouni family to address a problem that too many organisations know well: inconsistent cleaning standards, limited visibility into what's happening on site, and contractors who are difficult to hold accountable when things go wrong.

We built the business around systems and supervision from day one. Digital verification, structured inspection programs and a compliance framework that removes uncertainty for our clients. Every client, regardless of size, receives the same standard of service, documentation and management oversight.

How Peregrine Clean Has Grown

From our first contracts in Greater Sydney to a structured commercial cleaning operation serving major institutions and government clients across Australia.

2021

Founded in Sydney

Peregrine Clean established by the Fatrouni family, based in Surry Hills. First commercial contracts secured across Greater Sydney.

2022–23

Growth & Expansion

Expanded operations across offices, businesses and body corporations. Built the foundation for structured, compliance-driven service delivery.

2024

Restructured Under Fatrouni Group Holdings

Operations formalised under the Fatrouni Group Holdings structure. Secured contracts with major community organisations across key sectors.

Hussain leads the business, managing client relationships, business development and strategic direction. He is the primary contact for new client enquiries, contract negotiations and site assessments.
